I've been having some trouble figuring out whether there's something freaky going on with the calibration of my monitor, so I have a weird feeling this looks different than it's supposed to.

This manip is supposed to look very dark, with most or even all of the detail in the lower half around the woman lost in the shadow. If that's not the case when you look at it, tell me please, then I must change some things! Thx
